Madeleine Albright visits the Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes

Former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright visited the Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes on October 3, 2011.

As with her previous visit to the Institute in the spring of this year, the main objective of her visit was the search for documents relating to her father Josef Korbel. Madeleine Albright visited several departments of the Institute and learned more about their functions. As the chairperson of the National Democratic Institute, Ms Albright intends to intensify the cooperation with the Institute for the study of Totalitarian Regimes.
